Everything in storage, trailer is packed.. we will spend 2 more days in Everett to say good-bye.
Went with mom to the casino..had a good time going to be tough saying good-bye to her..
Stayed at the lakeside rv right next door to mom...

Met up with Scott and Ellen what a great couple of friends!!! ..they will be taking good care of my car til we find a spot to hang our hats..that was a hard thing for me to do..handing those car keys over to Ellen..giving up a bit of my independence:( saying good bye isn't an easy thing to do..but will be seeing everyone again soon...cried when I said good-bye to Mom that was a real tough one..

This is it..all hooked up and on our way..will hit the washington coast first..have all kinds of reservations lets see how things work out??? Pulled into Copalis Beach nice day..o.k. rv spot, close to the ocean..will only be here one nite then onto ocean shores camp ground..kim and the boys will be around the area after jacob's wrestling match don't know if we will meet up with them or not..

Not going to be able to meet up with kim they are leaving early...went to the casino for brunch..nice..lots of crab and boy did we ate our fill...nice campsite, pull thru..weather a bit cool, cloudy but so far no rain ..will be here for 4 nites so far so good...
found 17 sand dollars on the beach...vinnie loves running in the sand..not too many people around good time to be camping..had most of the beach to ourselves.
May 3rd
Warrenton, oregon..will spend 3 nites here..can't remember the name of this rv site..nice spot..the state park here is great Fort Stevens..had fun checking out the park saw 2 huge cruise ships passing thru astoria.
May 6th
Florence, oregon..woelink rv ( i think) nice people at this rv park nice lake across the highway only staying one nite here.

Coos Bay, Coos bay casino rv park..nice parking lot rv spot, clean bathrooms ,nice view of the bay, really nice people..will stay here for 2 nites..had something going on in town..had pirate ships pass in front of our site and let off cannons...scarred the crap out of us til we saw what it was..cool ships..always have fun in coos bay

Seven Feathers rv park, canyonville, oregon..love this park..new, clean, nice people...not much to do but the casino ,weather great and we had a great site with shade and grassy area..will spend 4 nites here. caught a free magic show..fun..talked to an interesting old guy..what a nut!!

Klammath falls, oregon..koa ...yuck...won't come back here..the drive over was absolutely beautiful, a bit scary...but scenery nice..koa here is bad..only spent one nite..thought we might go to crater lake but changed our minds..caught a cold..

Redding, Calif..premier rv..put us in this little tiny site hardly any room to park the truck..then oh my goodness the slide out is broken..what a fiasco..had to have someone come out and help us get it back in..it was half way in and half out..then finding a place to fix it..will take it in tomorrow..hope no problems..
no sleep, worrying about the slide out...took it in at 8am..drove around redding, weather great..not too hot..slide out fixed by 1pm we are happy again..
did the botanical gardens where they have the sundial bridge..also a museum we took the titanic tour..interesting..were given passports as we went in told who we were on the titanic and at the end you would find out if you survived or not..i survived:) and was a first class passenger..stan was 3rd class and didn't make it:(..really like the redding area will be at this rv park 4 nites..

moved to jgw rv park down the road..love this place..sacramento river out our back door, new place nice and clean..stan discovered cattleman's steakhouse in redding..loves it..will be here 3 nites.
