Blueberry Sauce

1 lb. fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 c. sugar
3 tblsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. corn starch
1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind

combine all in saucepan, stir over med. heat til cornstarch disolves...
boil til thick ..approx. 4 min.

serve over pancakes, ice cream...ect...
