2 - 3 ounce pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
1- 3 ounce pkg. orange jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1- 22 ounce can mandarin oranges (drained)
1- 16 ounce container cool whip
combine pudding mix, jello and boiling water, dissolve completly
add oranges, fold in cool whip
