1. 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
2. 1 egg
3. 1/4 c. mayo
4. 1 tsp. sour cream
5. 1 tsp. lemon juice
6. 1 tsp. dijon mustard
7. 2 tsp. parsley
8. 1/4 tsp. paprika
9. 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
10. 1/2 tsp. old bay
11. 1 tsp salt
12. 1 c. fine bread crumbs
13. 1/4 c. panko bread crumbs...or can use fine bread crumbs
14. 2 tblsp. diced red or yellow pepper..chopped fine
1 lb. drained crab meat
2 ounces butter to cook in.
mix 1st 11 ingred in bowl...whisk til smooth, with spatula fold in 1 c. bread crumbs, red pepper and crab meat
form into crab cakes
coat w/ panko or remaining bread crumbs
set in fridge for atleast 2 hrs.
heat butter, fry cakes
keep in 350 warm oven
