18 ounce roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough, sliced 1/4" thick
14 ounce pkg. chocolate mint wafers
1 egg.. beaten
1 tblsp. coarsely chopped walnut or pecan pieces or enough to cover top of cookies
preheat oven to 375
slightly grease cookie sheet
place slice of sugar cookies on sheet 2-3" apart
top each w/ choc. wafer
cover wafer w/ another slice of sugar cookie
brush dough w/ a beaten egg.
place nuts on top of dough
bake 10 min
